Got to presenting Flight Control topic tomorrow to some colleague especially a junior of mine . Still unprepared and nervous....especially they are all most ST Aerospace engineers and my section warrant officers. Struggling to preparing my notes now....Yesterday had run in camp with my cohort and group of new junior. So tiring as its been so long since i last went for a ran. IPPT is coming next month. Target to achieve a Gold so got to keep improving my 2.4km timing. Looking forward to weekend soon....
